It is another sad day in the world of hockey as Dickie Moore, the legendary Hall of Famer and Montreal Canadians legend passed away today at the age of 84. It appears that the change is official and the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame has reduced the time required to enter the institution after retirement from five years to four.
