If you are still determining what that is, we acted like the PFHOF had its first class in January 1946. We have completed the first 39 years thus far. For “1984,” a Preliminary Vote with close to 100 players whose playing career ended by 1978. Days after Clayton Kershaw of the Los Angeles Dodgers announced his impending retirement, another L.A. sports icon has announced that he, too, will soon retire. Los Angeles Kings Center Anze Kopitar announced that he will be retiring after the 2025-26 season.  The team captain has played his entire career with the Kings, where he led them to two Stanley Cup Championships and individually won three Lady Byng Trophies, two Frank J. It has concluded!!! The Notinhalloffame WNBA Cup has concluded, and it should surprise nobody that superstar A’Ja Wilson has won it all! Here is how it worked! In every WNBA regular-season game, we award descending points (5-4-3-2-1) to the top five players.  At the end of the season, the player with the most points will be awarded the Notinhalloffame WNBA Cup.  However, the winning player must accept their award in person in the Emerald City of Seattle, where the official mascot of Notinhalloffame will give it, Winnie the Mini Daschund. It was announced that longtime Manager, Davey Johnson, passed away today.  He was 82 years old. A very good player in his own right, Johnson was a slick-fielding Second Baseman who spent most of his career with the Baltimore Orioles, where he helped them win two World Series Championships (1966 & 1970).  He was also a four-time All-Star and three-time Gold Glove winner.
