The world of hockey lost one of the great ones, as Hall of Fame Defenseman, Leo Boivin, passed away at age 90. Boivin debuted in the NHL for the Toronto Maple Leafs for two Games in the 1951/52 Season, and would finish third in Calder voting the following year. The Leafs traded him to Boston early in the 1954/55 Season, and it was with the Bruins where he would achieve his greatest success.
