As long expected, the WWE Hall of Fame has announced that Kevin Nash will be going into the Hall of Fame this year, but not as “Diesel”, the persona he had from 1993 to 1996 in the then named World Wrestling Federation as was originally suspected. While it was expected to be officially announced at the end of this season, Los Angeles Lakers Point Guard, Steve Nash has officially announced his retirement from the National Basketball Association. Born in South Africa, but raised in Canada, Nash was lightly recruited and played collegiately at Santa Clara. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony is less than a month away and the inductors have been announced for this year’s inductees. Ringo Starr will be inducted by his fellow bandmate with the Beatles, Paul McCartney. The WWE Hall of Fame has announced that Japanese legend, Tatsumi Fujinami will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame and become along with Antonio Inoki, the second Japanese wrestler inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Former AWA World Heavyweight Champion, Larry Zbyszko will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as announced today. Zbyszko was a former WWF Tag Team Champion in the late 70’s, but it was a heel turn on his mentor, Bruno Sammartino that catapulted Zbyszko to the main event.
