Phil Dawson

Phil Dawson was a Pro Bowl Selection in 2012, which would be the only one in the Place Kicker’s career, but this should not deflect from what was a long and successful run in the National Football League.

Dawson was a First Team All-Big 12 Selection at Texas and, after failed attempts to make the Oakland Raiders and New England Patriots in 1998, made the Cleveland Browns in 1999, where he was their Kicker until 2012.  He played until 2018 at age 43, with three years in San Francisco and three in Arizona.
