Nelson played for Jacksonville for three years, where he was an All-Rookie. His best year with the Jags was his first, as his play slipped off, and he was traded to the Cincinnati Bengals in 2010. He would win back a starting role, and in 2015, the Free Safety won his first Pro Bowl Selection in a year where he led the NFL in Interceptions with eight. Nelson signed with Oakland in 2016, where he went to his second straight Pro Bowl, and he played for two more years, retiring with 38 career Interceptions.
