Prince Fielder reminded everyone of his dad Cecil, and how could he not?

Prince was built like a tank could blast a ton of Home Runs and could be a pylon at First Base, but it was the power game that made him a draw for fans.  Fielder would produce 319 Home Runs including a 50 dinger campaign in 2007 where he went to his first of six All Star Games and was named a Silver Slugger for the first of three times.  Fielder would six times drive in 100 and more runs and twice had an OPS over 1.000.  In terms of MVP voting, Prince finished third twice (2007 & 2011) and was a fourth place finisher in 2009, all during his tenure with Milwaukee.  He would have a ninth place finish in Detroit (2012) and thirteenth in Texas (2015).

Due to issues in his neck he was forced to retire early from the game at the age of 32.
