The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony will happen this Friday and there is a minor announcement to mention in regards to those in attendance. Roxy Music will be inducted and will be performing but it will not be a true reunion as Brian Eno and Paul Thompson will not be in attendance leaving Brian Ferry, Andy Mackay and Phil Manzanera to represent the band.   The group will be inducted by Simon LeBon and John Taylor of Duran Duran.

The WWE has announced that the Hart Foundation (Bret “Hit Man” Hart & Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart) will be inducted into their Hall of Fame.  This has been speculated over the last month and it was made official today. Both Hart and Neidhart joined the World Wrestling Federation in 1985 as part of the deal where Vince McMahon bought out Stampede Wrestling.  They were not paired together when they arrived as Neidhart was put with Mr. Fuji as his manager and Bret was a babyface character but within a few months they were a heel duo under the management of Jimmy Hart.…

The WWE Hall of Fame has announced that this year’s recipient of the Warrior Award is Sue Aitchison, a thirty plus year employee of the WWE who is currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Relations. This has received positive reviews from wrestling fans as the Warrior Award was allegedly conceived as a way to honor longtime behind the scenes employees of the WWE of which Aitchison certainly is.   We here at Notinhalloffame.com would like to congratulate Sue Aitchison for earning this honor.
The Country Music Hall of Fame has announced three new members into their establishment with Brooks & Dunn, Ray Stevens and Jerry Stevens being named as the Class of 2019. Formed in 1991, the duo of Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn would become of the most successful country music acts of the last 25 years.  They released 11 albums and had 50 songs reach the Billboard Country Chart, with 20 of them going number one.  They enter as the Modern Era Artist category.
