The World Video Game Hall of Fame is housed at the Strong Museum in Rochester, New York.  It also is the home of the Toy Hall of Fame.

Impact Wrestling announced that Ken Shamrock will be entering their Hall of Fame, which was formerly known as the TNA Wrestling Hall of Fame.

Shamrock is a pioneer in Mixed Martial Arts, and a member of the UFC Hall of Fame.  The former UFC main eventer would become a star in the WWE, where he won the King of the Ring, the Intercontinental and Tag Team Championship.  His influence in bringing an MMA style into professional wrestling is unquestionable.

When Impact Wrestling opened in 2002 (as TNA), Shamrock was its first champion.  He is currently employed by Impact, and has been a regular on their programming over the last few months.

It is notable that the WWE allowed their footage to be used in the induction package.

We here at Notinhalloffame.com would like to congratulate Ken Shamrock for earning this honor.

Hall of Fame related cancellations just keep on coming.

The Baseball Hall of Fame has announced that all of the events of the Hall of Fame Classic Weekend on may 23 have been cancelled.

Those events include the annual legends game, the Night at the Museum program and the BASE Race Charity Run

The Hall itself is already closed indefinitely.

Ben Watson, who last played with the New England Patriots, has announced that he is retiring from the NFL.  This is his second retirement, as he called it a career after the 2018 season before as a member of the New Orleans Saints.  He came out of retirement when he signed with the Pats last year.

Drafted with the last pick of the first round in 2004, Watson won a Super Bowl ring as a rookie.  While that would be the only championship hardware he would obtain, Watson enjoyed a long and productive career.  Five times he would have at least 500 Yards, and he would also enjoy runs in Cleveland, New Orleans and Baltimore.

Watson retires with 547 Receptions, 6,058 Receiving Yards and 44 Touchdowns.

We here at Notinhalloffame.com would like to wish Ben Watson the best on his post-playing career.
