One of the most gifted offensive players of his day, Paul Kariya, was the Fourth Overall Pick in 1993, and a year later, he was an All-Rookie for the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim.

Ryan Getzlaf played his entire career with the Anaheim Ducks, and when it was all said and done, he became the franchise leader in Points with 1,019,  Assists (737), and is second all-time in Goals (282).

Teemu Selanne was drafted by the Winnipeg Jets in 1988, but he didn't arrive in Winnipeg until 1992, having developed his skills in his native Finland.  Selanne had 76 Goals as a rookie, and the “Finnish Flash” was a star…who was surprisingly traded during the 1995-96 season to the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim.

With the exception of his final year in football as a Carolina Panther, Chris Slade was always a New England Patriot over his career.
