35. Erik Williams

Central State in Wilberforce, Ohio, is not known for being a football factory, but they produced Erik Williams, who went there mainly because his grades were so weak, he could not get a Division I scholarship.  No matter, as the Offensive Lineman was still turning heads, and he was a third round pick by the Cowboys in 1991.

Williams was a back-up as a rookie, but his play was so good that he was a starting Right Tackle in 1992, a position he would hold until 2000.  As part of the "Great Wall of Dallas," Williams would help the Cowboys win Super Bowl XXVII, XXVIII, and XXX, and individually would be named to four Pro Bowls.  In two of those years, he was also named a First Team All-Pro.

He played one final year in the NFL with the Baltimore Ravens, and he left Dallas with 141 Games logged for the team.
