Phil’s greatest strength is his ability to take the Giants from behind to win. He had the leadership skills, grit and perfect spiral. That Eli Manning lacked. He was a much better than Eli. Phil belongs in the Hall no question 8)

Although he may not be the greatest quarterback that ever played the game he is HALL OF FAME MATERIAL and certainly should be included as a resident of Canton.
