For much of his career, he simply wasn't a highly productive QB in terms of creating volume. So much so, that after the 1990 season he failed to throw more than 17 TD's in any season (91-97).
I will readily admit that he was a great QB overall, under Sam Wyche from 85 through 89, but beyond that his career wasn't impressive.
Another "No" for HoF induction
This is also coming from a man (me), who lives and breathes” NY Giants Football,” but I am a realistic fan. So therefore I have put together a few other Quarterbacks who are in the NFL Hall of Fame, whom deserve to be (which I respect as well) and they are as follows: “Jim Kelly, Steve Young, Troy Aikman, and finally (and I know I am going to catch a lot of heat for saying this one,) and that is Dan Marino
