Playing the first eight of his eleven seasons in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins, Keith Sims started the majority of his games for the franchise at Left Guard once arriving in 1990 via the draft.

Along with Richmond Webb, Keith Sims was part of a robust Offensive Line that the Dolphins had in the first half of the 1990s.  Playing at Left Guard, the former Iowa State Cyclone was chosen for three Pro Bowls (1993-95) and was a Second Team All-Pro in 1994.  Sims started 108 of his 113 Games with Miami, and he finished his last three seasons in the league with the Washington Redskins.
