78. Antawn Jamison
The fourth overall draft pick from the 1998 Draft, Antawn Jamison would have a great career as a scorer in the National Basketball Association after having a huge run as a North Carolina Tar Heel where he was the Naismith College Player of the Year.

As a pro, Jamison would make two All Star Games and retire with a more than respectable 18.1 PER and was regarded as a very good shooter. Saying that, his Basketball Hall of Fame chances might depend on what he accomplished as a Tar Heel.
