138. Lomas Brown

Lomas Brown played his first eleven seasons with the Detroit Lions, where his first six of seven Pro Bowls would take place.  The Left Tackle would appear in seven straight Pro Bowls and would start in 251 of his 263 career games.

302. Buster Ramsey

Drafted in 1943 in the 14th Round from William & Mary, Buster Ramsey would not join the NFL until 1946 (due to World War II).  He would play all six of seasons in the league with the Chicago Cardinals (the team that drafted him), and in 1947 he would help them win the NFL Championship.  He was named an All-Pro from 1947 to 1950 (two First Teams and two Second Teams), and the two-way Guard was also honored as a 1940's All-Decade Selection.

168. Boyd Dowler

Boyd Dowler came from the mountains to the cheese country of Wisconsin, whereas a member of the Green Bay Packers, he would win five NFL Championships and the first two Super Bowls.  Dowler wasted no time becoming a high-end weapon for Bart Starr and Vince Lombardi, and United Press named him the Rookie of the Year in 1959.  He would have at least 500 Receiving Yards for nine seasons and was a Pro Bowl Selection twice (1965 & 1967).  Dowler played all but his last season with the Packers and was a fixture in their five 1960’s championship teams and their first two Super Bowl wins, scoring a TD in Super Bowl II.

210. Andre Rison

While it can be argued that Andre “Bad Moon” Rison will always be best known for his tumultuous relationship with Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes (she infamously burned his house down), we here at Notinhalloffame.com think of Rison as a flashy Wide Receiver who backed up his smack talk.
