10. Davey Boy Smith
Davey Boy Smith had it all.  He had the strength, the speed, the technical skills, stamina and could cut a promo.  He was equally adept at playing a face or a heel and could always be counted on to put on a solid match.

As one of the British Bulldogs with the Dynamite Kid, the duo was the most exciting team in the WWF until the Rockers debuted.  When he returned as a solo he was one of the bigger stars in the 90’s and considered by some to be the best wrestler never to get a World Title; although he did have excellent matches in title attempts.  The matches he put on were great and hopefully this is how he is remembered as opposed to the cautionary take that his death became as long term steroid abuse apparently caused his early death prior to his 40th birthday.

It is possible that he could be inducted along with Dynamite to celebrate the British Bulldogs tag team, but as the two had not gotten along for ten years prior to Smith’s death it may not be the best idea.  Besides, Smith had a great run post Dynamite his career stands up on its own.

It wouldn't make sense that The Hart Family doesn't want him in as they are fighting to get Owen in, I think it's Vince who isn't doing it

his non-inductio n has to be due to the family's hatred for Vince and the business.

The British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith should of already been in the wwe hall of fame. But then again Vince McMahon had all that trouble with The Hart Family.
