Gang, as we move onward and upward we go back to our original concept which was the ranking of bands/artists for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. As such, we are looking at the artists we have from 2013 to 2020 and are adding those we think we have missed. once completed, we will be going forward to 2025. We have already uploaded additions for 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016. Today we have a whopping seventeen new additions for the 2017 section. We here at Notinhalloffame would like to congratulate the newest class to the United States Hockey Hall of Fame. The recently retired Mike Modano headlines the class, and in our eyes will likely be entering the Hockey Hall of Fame once eligible. He is joined by Ed Olczck who had a solid career, but will likely not be joining Modano in the Hall in Toronto. Amidst the hoopla of Silva/Sonnen II, Tito Ortiz is now officially a member of the UFC Hall of Fame. The Dana White run organization does not appear to have any pattern to decide inductees, nor any discernable requirement that we can tell. Still, the UFC is the fastest growing sport of the last ten years, and we again congratulate Tito Ortiz for becoming the ninth member of the Hall.

Sal Corrente, on behalf of Bruno Sammartino had announced that the former two time WWE World Heavyweight Champion was contacted to be a part of the WWE Hall of Fame induction next year in New York. In what should be shocking to nobody, Sammartino has again turned down the invitation. The former champion has been very vocal on his stance against Vince McMahon and the WWE, and has stated in the past that he would be a hypocrite if he ever accepted a slot in the Hall. The Hockey Hall of Fame has announced its latest class to their Hall of Fame and it is difficult to argue with any of these selections. This year’s class will include our number one selection, Joe Sakic. The former Hart Trophy winner enters in his first year of eligibility and was a proven winner on every level. Joining him is our number three selection, Adam Oates, who frankly we think fell through the cracks and should have been inducted years ago.
