120. Ed Litzenberger

Somehow, Ed Litzenberger has not been remembered for his accomplishments in hockey despite having a resume chocked full of accomplishments.  Traded from the loaded (or gifted depending on your point of view) Montreal Canadiens in his rookie season, Litzenberger would win the Calder Trophy as the NHL’s top rookie.

A year after winning the Calder, Litzenberger went on a three-season streak of 30 or more Goals where he would finish in the top four in that metric each season.  Within this streak was a Second Team All Star Selection and a sixth place finish in Hart Trophy voting.  His offensive potency would decline shortly after but he would become the Blackhawks Captain and he would take them to a Stanley Cup win in 1961.  He would be traded to the Maple Leafs and while he wasn’t the same scorer he was he brought a winning attitude the Buds and he helped them win three straight Stanley Cups (1962-64) meaning that he would win four in a row.
