Welcome to The United States Athletic Hall of Fame

The USAHOF is the only one of its kind, a creation to celebrate and honor American athletes of all sports, celebrating their impact on sports and American culture. 

Each year, the USAHOF will put forth 130 nominees that will be put forth to be voted on by the general public.  This voting practice is to ensure that the resulting product is the will of the public.

At the end of each voting cycle, the full results will be made available for transparency purposes.  

To qualify, an individual must be at least 50 years old in their induction year.

The initial class will comprise of 50 Athletes, 5 Coaches, and 5 Contributors.  The following classes will be much smaller; however, the initial group will be large to make up for the late start.  We will keep voting open for a full year, with the first class announced on October 20, 2022.

As our Hall grows, we will look at the creation of other categories, specifically broadcasters and writers. 

At present, the USAHOF Selection Committee consists of a diverse group of Olympians, coaches, athletes, writers, and podcasters.
