How does the selection process work for Hall of Fame inductees? What is the criteria that the athletes are judged on? Is this based on popular vote by the public or is there a selction committee made up of sports writers and people in the industry? It would be great for athletes to be recognized when they can enjoy thier career accomplishment and to be acknowledged by their peers/community. Why not start with the older class first?
