Parilli led the AFL in Pass Completion Percentage in 1961, and in 1963, he was an AFL All-Star. His best season came after in 1964, where the Quarterback was a First Team All-Pro, an AFL All-Star, and he led the league in Passing Yards (3,465) and Passing Touchdowns (31). Parilli had another All-Star Selection in 1966, and he left the Pats after the year after.
With Boston, Parilli threw for 16,747 Yards and 132 Touchdowns. Parilli would play two final years with the New York Jets, where he was the back-up to Joe Namath on the team that won Super Bowl III.
Parilli was elected to the Patriots Hall of Fame in 1993.
