Lincoln was a pounding Running Back, who after limited action as a rookie, was an AFL All-Star the year after, and would be again the next three years. Lincoln, earned First Team All-Pro honors in 1963 and 1964, and he was such a vital component of the Chargers in 1963, that he not only helped them win the AFL Title, but he was also named the game's MVP.
The Running Back was with San Diego until he joined the Bills in 1967. As a Charger, Lincoln would accumulate 6,993 All-Purpose Yards. In 1980, he was enshrined in the Chargers Hall of Fame.
