Chone Figgins

The very quick Chone Figgins was a one time All Star and in 2005, he would lead the American League in Stolen Bases.  Figgins also showed a decent batting eye and would also lead the League in Walks in 2009, which would also be his lone All Star campaign.  He would finish his career with a 22.0 bWAR.

Carlos Pena

Carlos Pena would have a decent career, albeit with journeyman tendencies as he suited up for eight Major League franchises.  Still, Pena would put together some good seasons in Tampa where he would win a Home Run Title, a Gold Glove and a Silver Slugger.  He would overall belt 236 Home Runs with an .808 OPS.

Bronson Arroyo

A member of the 2004 Boston Red Sox World Series Championship Team, Bronson Arroyo would go on to have some good seasons in Cincinnati as a Starting Pitcher and would make the National League All Star Team and lead the league in Innings Pitched in 2006.

Brian Roberts

Spending all but his final season in the majors with the Baltimore Orioles, Brian Roberts had a productive career twice leading the American League in Doubles and had another where he was the Stolen Base leader.  He would crack both the 1,500 Hit and 30 bWAR mark and should be allowed on to the ballot.
