I am just going to compare Mogilny to Doug Wilson. I understand that Doug Wilson was not good enough to get in back in 1996 but I feel like making him wait until 2020 was too long. I was surprised Mogilny didn't get in in 2016. In my opinion I say 2016 would have been about right for Mogilny.

What will it take to get this guy in? He's a member of the triple gold club and a Rocket Richard winner when he tied Selanne with an incredible 76 goal season (5th highest single season total of all time).

He's over a point per game and played the majority of his career in the dead puck era. It's insane a guy with his skillset and accomplishme nts is not yet in.

I would have to agree that because of how good Mogilny was at the peak of his game, and also throughout his career, he's definitely gonna be in the hall of fame very soon. Its not all because of his 76 goals,,, but you just cant argue that. Its like the finishing touch on his resume, along with winning the cup. So many amazing players have had hall of fame careers without even getting near that number.
