2 No. 1 albums (not songs), 3 No. 1 songs to go with it, 12 Top 10 songs; 21 songs that charted... Evidently, music lovers have no clue what's any good, just the voters at the R&R HOF because they get to decide if 1+1=2 or another number...bec ause they're smarter than the millions of people who disagree with them. But hey, glad to see Kate Bush (0 No. 1 songs, 0 Top 10 songs, a whopping 4 songs that charted) is a nominee. And the Go Go's also nominated this year because, evidently, they're way cooler than Huey Lewis and The News. Perfect. As Maya said, When someone tells you who they are, believe them. My thanks to the R&R HOF voters for at least being transparent.

I love how this site tries to take the artistic high road on some acts, but with Huey and the News, pans them because they looked like everyday people. Honestly, would the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame even be in Cleveland without them? They have some of the best harmony vocals in rock (and still do if you see them live), integrated horns into rock without sounding like Chicago, and just seem born to make music together.

They we so popular their music was on the air for several years many times per day. They helped define 80's music and had great videos too!
