Jr. Walker & the All Stars definitely need to be in the Rock Hall. Jr. Walker was a master saxophone player and his musicians were top-notch. Most Motown groups didn't play instruments, but his group did, and they were pros. He was such a good sax player that Foreigner had him play the sax solo on Urgent. That sax solo is amazing, but of course it is -- it's Jr. Walker., one of the greatest rock sax players of all time. I'm a musician (keys/organ) , and my husband is a sax player, so I appreciate hearing rock and roll with a super saxophone player like Jr. Walker.
