Three Dog Night has earned the right to be in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. I find it totally ridicules that they are not in the Hall, but yet Dolly Parton is, go figure.

Yes, they owned the 70's. Jann Wenner sucks, it's the Hall of FAME, not Hall of Bad Groups I like. Duran Duran and KC and the Sunshine Band should be in whether you like them or not, they dominated their decades. I don't like KISS that much; they are in and should be.

I loved a lot of their songs. At the end, I hated them for songs like "Joy to the World".

Even though they sang songs others wrote, they made it their own. They gave the likes of Paul Williams and Laura Nero a big boost in income and fame. Perhaps the only knock in the group is the fact they didn't play an instrument, but then again, how many vocal groups are already in from the 50's and 60's especially the Doo Whop era and Mowtown 4somes.
