When Bradley Cooper was cast as the male lead (and director) in the remake of A Star is Born there were a lot of questions as to whether he could sing. As it turns out, he can do it very well.

Channelling the inner Outlaw Country we didn’t know he had, Cooper’s Jackson Maine character is everything of legend that you would expect from a singer/songwriter with an acoustic guitar and country sensibility. We don’t exactly see him at his best, but we rarely see legends that way.
