78. Jeff Saturday

Undrafted and out of Football, the Indianapolis Colts gave Jeff Satursay a chance to make their roster. Saturday did and would become the leader of the Offensive Line that protected the great Peyton Manning for a decade. He would make six Pro Bowls and earn two First Team All-Pro selections and was the 2007 NFL Alumni Offensive Lineman of the Year. Most importantly for Jeff Saturday, he was the starting Center on the Super Bowl XLI Champion Indianapolis Colts.  Saturday's protection and cerebral leadership exceeded his physical skills and placed him in this fringe Hall of Fame position.

Jason Hanson

2018 Jason Hanson
Drafted in the second round by the Detroit Lions, Jason Hanson was their Place Kicker for twenty-one seasons. Hanson was a reliable kicker and would retire in third place all-time in Field Goals Made and Points Scored. He would also be selected to play in two Pro Bowls. Still, as reliable as he was, without a First Team All Pro nod, it is difficult to see how he can make into Canton despite the statistical accumulation.

278. James Farrior

James Farrior was drafted 8th Overall by the New York Jets in 1997, and he did well for New York in the five years he played there, though it can be argued that he did not achieve what the Jets hoped for when they drafted him so high.  He did, however, show some of that promise in his last year in New York, where he had 143 Tackles.
2018 Antoine Winfield
Lasting fourteen seasons in the NFL, Antoine Winfield would be a Pro Bowl Cornerback for three of them, finding his best on field play as a member of the Minnesota Vikings. Winfield would net over 1,000 Tackles in his NFL career, a solid number attained by few on the defensive side of the ball.
