Pedro Martinez would become a Baseball Hall of Fame inductee, predominantly based on his work with the Boston Red Sox. Still, it was with the Montreal Expos where Pedro would assert his stardom.
As an Expo, Martinez would play four years and win the National League Cy Young Award in 1997 and make two All-Star squads. It can only be imagined what he would have been able to do in Montreal had he not been traded due to financial issues from the organization. As it stood, Martinez had a record of 55-33 with 843 Strikeouts and an ERA of 3.06.
