Wow!!! We knew that the Pro Football Hall of Fame was going to overhaul the process. Jim Porter, the CEO and President of the Hall, was openly upset (as were many of us) when six-time Super Bowl Champion Head Coach Bill Belichick failed to get in. He alluded to changes coming then, and in the past few weeks, we knew something was coming. We didn’t expect this. Let’s get right into the meat of what is changing. Regular visitors to notinhalloffame.com know that we are slowly working on the top 50 of every major team in the NHL, NBA, NFL, and MLB. Once that is done, we will examine how each team honors its past players, coaches, and executives. Eventually, we will do the same with the NCAA. As such, we want to highlight that Georgia Tech has announced its nine-person class of 2026. If you are unaware of what that is, we acted like the PFHOF had its first class in January 1946. We have completed the years up to 1999.
