Originally ranked by Notinhalloffame.com separately, we thought we would see how “Jumping” Jim Brunzell and B. Brian Blair would fare on this list as a tag team, as with the possible exception of the Rockers, this could be the highest profile tag team that did not win the WWF/E Tag Team Championship.

Paired up in the mid-80’s, The Killer Bees already had success elsewhere. Blair was a singles star in Florida, and Brunzell was an AWA Tag Team Champion with Greg Gagne. The duo may not have been tag team champions, but were always in the hunt, and often put the best match on the card.

They were promised the tag team gold by Vince but though it never materialized, they were considered one of the top tag teams in the 80’s. If they ever had been the champs, there is a good reason to think they would be ranked much higher or remembered in higher regard.
