Johnny Napalm

Johnny Napalm
Looking like Blink-182 but acting like the Sex Pistols, Johnny Napalm is the punk rock representative in Guitar Hero. The genre of punk was not supposed to last, but as it is constantly resurrected, could this be the character from Guitar Hero that breaks through to the Fictitious Rock and Roll Hall of Fame?

The Bullet Points:

Video Game Appeared:
Guitar Hero

Actor:
N/A

Songs you might remember:
None

Why you should vote for him:
The character bio is pure rock and roll attitude.

Why you should not vote for him:
Have we reached the stage where we want to induct video game characters?

Jamal Lyon

Jamal Lyon
The gay son of Lucious Lyon might just be the most talented offspring he has. Jamal Lyon has unquestionable R&B skill and musically is showcased as much as anyone is on the show. Originally the black sheep of the Lyon family, Jamal’s character arc is part Michael Corleone and the most developed of Empire. Would it be a surprise if Jamal Lyon is the first character from the show to get inducted?

The Bullet Points:

TV Show Appeared:
Empire (2015-)

Actor:
Jussie Smollette

Songs you might remember:
Good Enough
No Apologies

Why you should vote for him:
Based on talent and portrayal, this is a very good candidate.

Why you should not vote for him:
It might be a while before anyone from this show gets inducted.

Hakeem Lyon

Hakeem Lyon
The youngest son of Hip-Hop mogul, Lucious Lyon, Hakeem Lyon was presented as a rap prodigy who has the exuberance of youth and the ability to make it rain wherever he wants. As of this writing, the show is still young and any real analysis of this character can’t really be decided…at least not for our Fictitious Rock and Roll Hall of Fame anyway.

The Bullet Points:

TV Show Appeared:
Empire (2015-)

Actors:
Bryshere Y. Gray

Songs you might remember:
Drip Drop

Why you should vote for him:
If you want to be a Hip-Hop artist, being born into the genre’s royalty is a great way to start.

Why you should not vote for him:
Is this guy really any good?

Elle Dallas

Elle Dallas
A star tuned junkie, Elle Dallas is presented as a soulful Amy Winehouse type (if she lived) who was once on top of the world but has succumbed to her demons of addiction. As of this writing, she has yet to overcome them despite the attention and encouragement of Cookie Lyon.

Dallas is played by Courtney Love, which for whatever is worth is about as perfect casting as you can get. Is that worth a vote?

The Bullet Points:

TV Show Appeared:
Empire (2015-)

Actor:
Courtney Love

Songs you might remember:
Walk Out On Me

Why you should vote for her:
She was presented as a star at one point, and say what you want about Courtney Love…she is not a bad actress.

Why you should not vote for her:
She was never the focal point of the show.
