130. John Laurinaitis

The in-ring career of John Laurinaitis (Johnny Ace) was better than he got credit for, as while he was a lower card wrestler in the NWA/WCW and one half of a lame tag team with Shane Douglas as the Dynamic Dudes, he emerged as an upper card wrestler, and a very good one with All Japan Wrestling.

185. Tony Schiavone

The Tony Schiavone run in the WWE lasted less than a year, and his last few years working for World Championship Wrestling were not inspiring, but he was the voice of the number two promotion for years, and did a very good job at it for years.  Should the WWE Hall of Fame look to induct another announcer, this is not a bad choice providing you forget what he did in the last millennium.

249. Roy Shire

The San Francisco territory was a vibrant territory and it was under the guidance of Roy Shire, who built the Cow Palace into a West Coast Mecca for Professional Wrestling.  While Shire was a major figure in growing the business in Northern California, he did not get inducted during the Wrestlemania festivities in the Bay Area, a clear indication that his HOF chances are nil.

Hisashi Shinma

Hisahi Shinma, the figurehead President of the WWE before Jack Tunney was “elected” to that post, but he is on this list for the way he brokered talent from New Japan to the WWE during the late 70’s and early 80’s.  That brokerage helped get Tatsumi Fujinami inducted this year.
