254. Dan Towler

The respected website, Football Nation, referred to Dan Towler as the “greatest running back you don’t know”, and they may be on to something as despite winning an NFL Championship with the Los Angeles Rams in 1951 when he was their star rusher, he was overshadowed by more prominent names throughout his brief career in professional football.

113. Ruben Brown

Ruben Brown played the majority of his career with the Buffalo Bills, where the 1st Round Pick would be named to the All-Rookie team and followed that up with eight more seasons in Buffalo, all of which would see the Left Guard named to the Pro Bowl.

73. Ray Childress

Drafted 3rd Overall in the 1985 NFL Draft, the former Texas A&M Aggie was settling into a nice role where he played Defensive End for the Houston Oilers.  He did well and would go to his first Pro Bowl in 1988, but a switch from the 3-4 to 4-3 Defense forced Childress to move to Defensive Tackle, and it fit him perfectly.

72. Cecil Isbell

Usually, when you speak of a five-year career in any sport, you can't be talking about a great player.  Not very many people had a five-year run like Cecil Isbell.
