Beth Phoenix

Perhaps a few years ahead of her time, “The Glamazon”, Beth Phoenix was the perfect mix of beauty and strength and when she was booked properly was showcased as the top Diva in the promotion.  Phoenix was stronger than all of her female peers, but was built in a way where she didn’t look freakish or abnormal.  We would like to think she would have been showcased much better had she been around today.

Alberto Del Rio

Alberto Del Rio is the son of Mexican wrestling legend, Dos Caras, and appears to have eclipsed his famous father’s career. Del Rio hit prominence in the WWE in his mid-30’s, and though he has had a relatively brief career by WWE standards, it is conceivable that his best is yet to come and many more accomplishments will be in store for the Mexican; but of course, you already knew that.

300. Cyclone Negro

He may not be remembered as much as he should be, but in his day Cyclone Negro was a very good heel and one of the more successful Hispanic wrestlers of all time. Negro was from Venezuela, and the barrel chested brawler found success throughout the territories across the United States as well as Japan and Australia. To this day, many wrestlers have named Cyclone as an influence and though he was not a WWE performer, many stars who competed there tangled with the Venezuelan in main events across the U.S.

79. Waldo Von Erich

The kayfabe brother of Fritz Von Erich, Waldo Von Erich did not enter the WWE Hall of Fame with his “Family” when Fritz and company were inducted. That is not to say that he should have, as that induction was more of a testament to World Class Championship Wrestling, which Waldo was not a part of.
