gold star for USAHOF

Yes, we know that this is taking a while!

As many of you know, we at Notinhalloffame.com are slowly generating the top 50 of each major North American sports team. That being said, we maintain and update our existing Top 50 lists annually.  As such, we are delighted to present our post-2024 revision of our top 50 Tennessee Titans.

As for all of our top 50 players in football, we look at the following:

1.  Advanced Statistics.

2.  Traditional statistics and how they finished in the National Football League.

3.  Playoff accomplishments.

4.  Their overall impact on the team and other intangibles that are not reflected in a stat sheet.

Last year, the Titans had a poor year, finishing the season with a record of 3-14.  There was only one new entrant to the Top 50, with no elevations.

As always, we present our top five, which saw no changes.

1. Bruce Matthews
2. Warren Moon
3. Mike Munchak
4. Earl Campbell
5. Robert Brazile

You can find the entire list here.

The only new entrant was Defensive Lineman Jeffery Simmons, who enters at #40.

We thank you for your continued support of our lists on Notinhalloffame.com.

From Mississippi State, Jeffery Simmons was a First Round Pick (19th Overall) by Tennessee in 2019.  Starting late due to a torn ACL, Simmons began his career in October, working his way to a starting role on the Defensive Line, and over the years, he worked his way to the upper echelon of Defensive Tackles.

A top-shelf disruptor, Simmons has been recognized with three Pro Bowls and two AP Second Team All-Pros in the last four seasons.  Simmons enters this season with 31.5 Sacks and 309 Combined Tackles, and has the goods to add a fourth Pro Bowl in 2025.
