9. Josh Morrissey

Morrissey had 20 Points in his rookie year (2016-17), and increased that to 26 as a sophomore.  A clean player, Morrissey had back-to-back 31-Point years and in 2021/22 he elevated that ttally to 37 Points.  Morrissey would then have a breakout, exploding with 76 Points, and finished fifth in Norris Trophy voting and enjoyed his first All-Star Game/

Last year we said that if Morrissey achieved his potential that he would break the top ten.  He did, and if he continues he will become a top five performer on this list.
