In his first full year as a Penguin, Dupuis would assist his new team in winning the Stanley Cup. He continued to provide good two-way hockey. In the 2011-12 season, he scored a career-high 59 Points, and the following year, he led the NHL in Plus/Minus (+31). Blood clots would force him out of the game in December of the 2015-16 Season, but his name would be etched on the Stanley Cup a second time as he was named on the 2016 Championship-winning team.
Dupuis would receive Frank J. Selke votes three years in a row (2010-11 to 2012-13), and he would have 247 Points for the team.
