gold star for USAHOF

11. Brad Marchand

11. Brad Marchand

As of this writing, Brad Marchand playing the best hockey of his life where he has been a post-season All-Star in four of the last seven years.  In the 2016-17 campaign, he was named a First Team All-Star while scoring 85 Points, good enough for fifth overall in the NHL.  Worth noting is that Marchand had four consecutive 35 Goal seasons (2015-16 to 2018-19) and last year, retrned to the 30 Goal mark

Depending on your point of view, Marchand is either a dirty player or a brilliant agitator, or perhaps he is an elite combination of both.  Regardless of which label, the undersized winger has blossomed into a top scorer, especially in higher pressure situations.  At present, he is the leading active short-handed goal scorer and is also an elite two-way player, who has a lot more in his tank.

His rank could rise more depending on how much longer he remains in Massachusetts.
