Scott Niedermayer
What didn’t Scott Niedermayer win? He is a four time Stanley Cup Champion, a World Cup winner, a two-time Olympic Champion, a World Hockey Championship, a World Junior Champion and won the Norris Trophy and the Conn Smythe. That is one hell of a trophy case!

This guy is a Hall of famer no doubt, he wasn't just on a stacked team like Osgood. In fact one could argue behind Broduer and Stevens Niedermyer was the third best player on those great Devils teams. The guy steped into the Devils lineup day 1 and was a player. He left the Devils and became the Captain of the Ducks and won another Cup. NHL has far less deserving players already enshrined.

He's a hall of famer on paper but, overrated. If he's in, Chris Osgood is in for sure. A guy who always won on loaded teams but wasnt necessarily ever the teams top player. I say Osgood because of every person from this era who is about to be up for induction, Scott is the most overrated and Chris is the most underrated, and based on that,I hate to say it but, Scott probably is going to end up in the hall fall sooner than he deserves, and at the expense of perhaps a very deserving guy that's been trying to get in for ages, and other players who had the same or more impact and success are going to be overlooked.
