gold star for USAHOF

Ken Reardon

Ken Reardon
Ken Reardon was out of the National Hockey League before the age of thirty due to injuries catching up to him. It is actually surprising that it did not happen sooner based on Reardon’s fearless style of play that was as punishing to his opponents as it was to himself.

Reardon would continue play through injury after injury, scaring opponents and delighting his teammates and fans. Reardon was a multi-time All Star and though he had a brief career was still a Hall of Fame worthy inductee. After his playing days ended, Reardon moved to the front office where he helped the Habs continue their dynasty and was part of five more (in addition to one as a player) Stanley Cups. Ken Reardon was one of those players that proved you did not have to have a long career to still have a Hall of Fame one.
