21. Chris Samuels

In the 2003 NFL Draft, the Washington Redskins coveted an elite Offensive Lineman, which was precisely what they obtained in their Third Overall Pick, with Chris Samuels of Alabama.

After Washington chose the Crimson Tide Lineman, the Lineman played his entire professional career in D.C.  Samuels was a six-time Pro Bowl Selection and proved to be an upper-echelon Lineman of his day.

The 1999 Outland Trophy Winner was a star Lineman, in both the college and pro ranks, and he might not have been known internationally, Samuels was a bona fide football lineman.
