24. Bart Oates

Undrafted from BYU, Bart Oates found a home in the USFL where he played in all three of their seasons, all with the Philadelphia/Baltimore Stars.  Oates won two the two championships there and established himself as a player that should have been selected in the NFL all along. The Giants rectified that when he signed with them in 1985.

Oates became the starting Center for the Giants, winning All-Rookie honors and helping them win Super Bowl XXI a year later. In 1990, Oates was chosen for his first Pro Bowl, which coincided with his second Super Bowl win.  Oates went to two more Pro Bowls before he signed with the San Francisco 49ers.

As a Giant, he played 140 Games, starting 136 of them.
