Unlike his role as a Cowboy, Marion never came off the bench as a Dolphin. The Free Safety made his first Pro Bowl in 2000, at the age of 30, and although he was older, he was certainly better than he was before. Marion led the NFL in Interception Return Yards (227) in 2001, and he went to the Pro Bowl again in the two years after, giving him a total of three.
Marion was not just the team’s Free Safety, but he also was used as a Kick Returner. In 1999, he led the NFL in Kick Returns (62) and Kick Return Yards (1,524). Despite being a Pro Bowler in 2003, he was released in a cost-cutting move. Marion had 20 Interceptions and 534 Tackles for Miami.
