The answer to the not often asked question of who is the player who played the most years for only one franchise is Place Kicker, Jason Hanson, who was a Detroit Lion for 21 seasons.
Hanson was a very good kicker who is a two-time Pro Bowl Selection and is firmly entrenched as Detroit's all-time leading scorer with 2,150 Points.  It might take a century to break that one!  Detroit elected Hanson into their Pride of the Lions in 1983.
