Drafted 19th overall in 2014 by Dallas out of Notre Dame, Zack Martin made a mark in Big D as one of the finest Offensive Lineman ever to wear the star..
Martin had a spectacular start to his career, earning Pro Bowl Selections in his first six seasons, with all of them earning AP All-Pros, four of which were First Team. He had such an explosive impact in the NFL that, as a rookie, he was the runner-up for the Offensive Rookie of the Year award, a rarefied achievement for a Lineman. A 2010s All-Decade Selection, Martin's O-Line was considered one of the best in football, and he carried that over to the next decade, earning three more Pro Bowls in the 2020s.
In 2024, Martin underwent season-ending ankle surgery, which led to his retirement. Though he never won a Super Bowl, Martin's legacy as a Dallas Cowboy will forever be cemented.
