268. Bull Curry

Blessed (or cursed) with excessive facial hair and about as legitimate a tough guy as it came, Fred Koury became the “tough man” Bull Curry at the circus to provide for his family at age sixteen. He would later become a professional wrestler, but it was not until the 1950’s when he was in his late thirties that he became widely known.

153. El Hijo Del Santo

The son of the legendary El Santo, had quite the career himself as what else; “El Hijo del Santo”, translated to The Son of the Saint.

324. Frank Tunney

The older brother of longtime figurehead president, Jack Tunney, was the longtime promoter for the Toronto territory and was the man who had the vision that made that city a hotbed for professional wrestling, which it still is today. Frank Tunney's negotiations with the NWA and promotion of Whipper Billy Watson should be recognized somewhere.   Sadly, it won’t be here.

222. Jaguar Yakota

In terms of pure wrestling talent, in the early 1980’s there were few who could hold a candle to Jaguar Yokota, who was a top female Japanese wrestler. Yokota was not just a multi-time champion, but a trailblazer in terms of female athleticism. As she was never known in the United States, her chances here are weak, but guaranteed that many of the female wrestlers coming up know whom she is.
