I remember him as Tony Newberry, and for a very short time as Fritz Von Krump. He had shoulder length dark hair, with a white streak downtime middle. One of the regular crew of jobbers who got pummeled every week on Heavyweight Championship Wrestling from Washington, DC seen on Channel 5 in NYC every Saturday night from 8-10 PM. Ray Morgan once interviewed him on crutches, and allied that his lag was broken by Tarzn Tyler.

Newton Tattrie was my uncle. My mother, Kathryn Tattrie was his sister. Newton was a true person. He loved what he did. A real showman. Not the flash of today, but, in his day he was great. A guy you loved to hate. All for the show. He was my uncle and my friend. I would live to see him in the Hall.
